This place is clean and practical with friendly staff and a great location near restaurants, and we enjoyed our stay in a contemporary double room equipped with shower amenities.

It really is very basic. I was advertised from 200 Euro to 60 Euro special offer for a single room. This creates the expectation (obviously) that you are getting a great deal with a room that is normally sold for 200 Euro. There is no way anyone would ever pay 200 Euro for that room. In fact, the 'special' price of 60 Euro is probably more like the normal price. I recommend Booked.net to check out the hotel themselves and decide for themselves. I think they will agree.

Modern and reasonably priced accommodation with magnificent setting very close to safari or the like, the Milano main train station and the metro, central station and shuttle bus to the airport. Queen room in bathroom by mirror. Nice design, good service in the entire hotel. Early check-in.

The hotel had helpful service. the location right opposite the station was incredible. - All the staff was accommodating and affable. - We had a smooth check-in process. - the view from the double room was great.

Good location. There is everything if you need just shower and clean bed.

But breakfast - not ok. Coffee unspeakable taste and nothing to eat.

This place is pretty clean. the facilities here are good too. the location is amazing, right in the heart of the business district, making it super convenient. the staff is so friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. 😊

Location was excellent if trying to get to any part of town or even any excursion destination like Bergamo. Good facilities in close proximity. Staff were friendly and hardworking. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable and clean but decor seemed worn.

Toilet seat was cracked. Shower Unit had black scum at base of it. Holes in bedspread. Occassional suir smell in reception area and reception ceiling noticably dirty not giving a good initial impression.

Nothing but a good location to the metro station.

Rooms was clean but only minimal facilities.

Greatly enjoyed my excellent stay and will be back. the hotel was ideal, with unbeatable location conveniently close to the Metro. - Courteous and welcoming staff suggested restaurants. - I had amazing and pretty decent breakfasts with scrambled eggs, cake plus from scrambled eggs to cake. - Helpful service offered in this venue.

poor service!!! I have booked two room and one room need add a bed, I sent them email twice but no responds. when i get to hotel and told the staff I need add a bed in a room, he said it's ok but to early to check in.but when we get back later,another staff refuse to add a bed and the reason is they blocked their internet and no evidence shows I have sent a mail,moreover they dont have the service to add a bed which is not the same as describe in Booked.net. when I show my mail, she still refuse to add a bed because their hotel only add a bed in double room````````. we have to book a single room. we never heard sorry and what she focus it's not their fault``````````````

The staff here are friendly and the room is top-notch, with air conditioning and a balcony.
